🛡️ Warranty
All products are covered by a warranty according to the product description.
If a product is sold with a clearly stated defect, the warranty does not apply to that specific defect.
The warranty is valid only together with the purchase document (invoice) and the document must not be altered.
If the product cannot be repaired, the customer has the right to request a replacement product.
Laptop batteries are covered by a 3-month warranty, as they are considered consumable components.
❌ Warranty does not apply if:

The purchase document is missing or has been altered

The serial number has been removed, modified, or is unreadable

Seller warranty stickers have been removed or damaged

The product has been repaired outside the 1it.shop service center

The damage was caused by misuse (e.g. drops, liquid damage, dust exposure)

The issue is software-related

The laptop has not been cleaned from dust (recommended maintenance once per year; service available from €25–€50)
✅ Customer responsibilities
The buyer agrees to:

Use the device according to its intended purpose

Avoid physical damage or unauthorized third-party repairs

Protect the device from environmental damage

Deliver the product to the agreed service location during the warranty period
