📝 Online Store Terms and Conditions
The owner of the online store 1it.shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is 1it OÜ (registration code 12895634), located at Sõpruse pst 33, Tallinn 11311, Estonia.
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in our online store.
1. 📄 Validity of the Sales Agreement and Price Information
All purchases made in our online store are subject to the terms described below.
Each product page displays the product price. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Some products may be sold under commission sales according to the Estonian VAT Act (§41 or §42). In such cases the price is VAT 0%, and this is clearly indicated on the product page.
The order total may include a delivery fee, which depends on the destination and selected shipping method (e.g. parcel locker or courier).
The exact delivery cost is displayed on the checkout page before confirming the purchase.
Each product page also contains relevant product information. If anything remains unclear, feel free to contact us.
2. 💳 Placing an Order and Payment
To place an order, select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart.
Fill in the required information and choose a suitable delivery method.
You will see the total order amount including shipping costs before completing the purchase.

We offer various online bank payments and financing options.
All available payment methods are clearly displayed in the shopping cart.
⚠️ Important: When paying via bank link, please click “Return to merchant” after completing the payment to confirm the order.
Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. All payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure payment environment.
We do not store any banking or card details.
The order is considered confirmed and the sales agreement becomes valid once the payment has been successfully received.
📦 If the product cannot be delivered
If the ordered product cannot be delivered (for example, due to stock issues), we will inform the customer immediately and refund the full payment, including shipping costs, within 5 working days at the latest.
3. 📦 Delivery
Products are primarily delivered within Estonia, but international delivery may be arranged by agreement.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and depend on the selected delivery method. The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout.
Orders are usually delivered within 1–4 working days after payment confirmation within Estonia.
4. ↩️ Right of Withdrawal
Our online store offers a 14-day return policy for both private individuals and business customers.
The withdrawal period begins from the moment the customer receives the goods.
During this period, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Product stickers (such as identification or warranty seals) must not be removed or damaged.
If the product has been used beyond normal inspection or shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to reduce the refundable amount.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product was incorrect or defective, in which case the costs will be covered by us.
The product must be returned within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request, or proof must be provided that it has been shipped.
We will refund the full purchase amount (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, but not before we have received the returned product or proof of shipment.
If the customer selected a more expensive delivery option than the standard shipping method, only the cost of the standard delivery will be refunded.
The seller has the right to cancel the order and request the return of the product if the product price in the online store was clearly incorrect and significantly below the market price due to an error.
5. 🛠️ Submitting a Complaint
The customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years of receiving the product.
During the first year, it is assumed that any defect already existed at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for defects caused after delivery (for example: drops, liquid damage, misuse, etc.).
If the defect is our responsibility, we will:

We will respond to complaints within 15 days in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction.
