- The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (companies).
- To use the 14-day return right, the product may only be used to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functionality, similar to testing a product in a physical store.
- Seller identification stickers must not be removed or damaged.
- If the product has been used beyond testing or shows signs of wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in value.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after submitting the return request, or proof must be provided that the item has been handed over to the shipping provider within this period.
- The Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, but not before the returned product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
- If the buyer selected a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery option, only the cost of the standard delivery will be refunded.
- The Online Store has the right to cancel the order and request the return of the product if the product price was clearly incorrect due to a technical error and significantly below the market price.
