Grade A+ (Like New)

A+ grade laptops are in nearly new cosmetic condition.
Technical condition: 100% fully functional.
Display: The screen is free from scratches and marks.
Body: May have a very small hairline scratch.
Keyboard & Touchpad: May have a very small hairline scratch.

Grade A (Very Good)

Grade A laptops are in very good cosmetic condition but may show minimal signs of use.
Technical condition: 100% fully functional.
Display: The screen is free from scratches and marks.
Body: May show minimal signs of use.
Keyboard & Touchpad: May show minimal signs of use.

Grade B (Good)

Grade B laptops are in good condition but may show some signs of use and light scratches.
Technical condition: 100% fully functional.
Display: The screen may have minimal signs of use that are usually visible only when the display is turned off or on a black screen.
Body: May show signs of use, scratches, and in some cases marks from removed stickers.
Keyboard & Touchpad: May show signs of use and light scratches.

Grade C (Average)

Grade C laptops are in average cosmetic condition and may show heavier wear, small dents, cracks, and scratches.
Technical condition: 100% fully functional.
Display: The screen may show signs of wear or small marks that do not affect functionality.
Body: May show heavier wear, small dents, cracks, and scratches.
Keyboard & Touchpad: May show heavier wear, small dents, cracks, and scratches.
